Yukata festival of summer of Hiroshima City in Japan. Vol,3

This is sold in the festival named TOUKASAN “HAMA-UCHIWA”.

UCHIWA is the one to fan originally aiming at me, and to feel the cool breeze.
However, another meaning is in “HAMA-UCHIWA” sold in this festival. ?This “UCHIWA” is sold in the Shinto shrine, and it means the charm.
