sushi style ( Boy’s festival )
There is holiday of Children’s Day in Japan. It congratulates it at three years old, five years old, and seven years old at the Children’s Day. This is a dish of party that opened at three years old my nephew. It is food named chirashi-sushi that it is at the center. Chirashi-sushi is a sushi that disperses and makes the tool in the rice seasoned with vinegar.
